Qualitative vs Quantitative risk analysis. The CARVER+Shock method. Mapping threats to specific assets and business processes.
Perimeter security, access control, and internal asset protection. Lighting, CCTV, and intrusion detection system (IDS) audits.
Auditing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Personal security awareness training (PSAT) as a risk mitigation tool.
Final assessment: Conducting a mock audit of a commercial facility and presenting a prioritized risk mitigation plan.
