The ATTS Close Protection Operative Program is a multi-disciplinary tactical and strategic training course. It bridges the gap between traditional security and specialized intelligence-led protective operations.

Legal & Professional Framework

Haitian and international legal frameworks. ISO 18788 and UN Security guidelines. Use-of-force limitations and legal liability. Professional conduct and ethics.

Unit 02 14h

Threat Environment & Risk Assessment

Gang activity & political unrest mapping in Haiti. Kidnapping and robbery risk identification. Threat matrix development and mitigation planning.

Unit 03 8h

Human Intelligence (HUMINT)

Basics of HUMINT collection and verification. Interview and debriefing techniques. Source handling and ethical considerations for field ops.

Social Media Intelligence (SOCMINT)

Using open-source intelligence from social media for operational awareness. Identifying threats and patterns via public digital footprints.

Advance Work & Route Planning

Site and route reconnaissance. Primary & alternate route planning. Identification of safe havens and urban extraction points in Haiti.

Protective Formations & Movement

Execution of foot and vehicle formations. Embus/debus protocols. Crowd and traffic management. Threat reaction drills and principal extraction.

Anti-Kidnapping Awareness & Immediate Action

Recognizing pre-attack indicators. Defensive positioning and break-contact techniques. Emergency coordination with local authorities (PNH).

Unit 08 10h

Security Protocols & SOPs

Implementing operational security. Site security assessments, access control, and perimeter management. Standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Unit 09 8h

Conflict Management & Professional Conduct

De-escalation techniques (verbal and non-verbal). Use-of-force continuum. Incident documentation and client interaction protocols.

Unit 10 8h

Emergency Trauma Awareness

Immediate medical assistance. Basic Life Support (BLS) and bleeding control. Stabilization and evacuation of casualties under threat.

Communication & Reporting

Radio communication etiquette and procedures. Operational logs and incident report writing. Structured debriefing sessions.

Unit 12 4h

Final Integrated Operational Exercise

Realistic, comprehensive scenario: threat assessment, advance work, secure movement, incident response, and final debriefing.
